Product testing — as the name implies, this type of research involves the actual use of products by respondents to gauge their perceptions about the products. Sometimes the respondents are the first ones who are given the privilege to try the new products before they are introduced to the market.

Online survey  — online surveys are the most common and convenient means of gathering information from respondents. You can participate in as many online surveys as you can finish and earn the corresponding rewards.

Shopper research — if you are invited to participate in this type of research, you will be accompanied by a researcher in one of your shopping activity at a local store. The researcher will simply observe you and take down notes.

How does it work?

In order for you to be eligible to participate in any of the research projects, you first need to register. You have to be at least 14 years old but not more than 90 years old to join. If you are less than 18 years old, you will need parental written consent when you are invited to participate in a research project.

The research projects are held at professional central location venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Some research projects are also sometimes held at homes and shopping centers.

You will receive compensation for every research project that you are able to finish. The amount of compensation that you will receive will depend on the type of project, the length of the session and the level of involvement.

The number of invitations that you will receive directly depends on how your profile matches the criteria of the active research projects. You are most likely to be invited in research projects that are near your area but there are other demographical considerations aside from location.
